With the onset of a near heat wave, we tried our air conditioner for the first time and discovered that two items were not working, the air was not cool and the middle air vents were not blowing air. We called and made an appointment (which was very easy to do); took the vehicle in for service (dropping off the vehicle is vastly improved since the facility was completely remodeled); got a call on the status of our vehicle and was promised a time it would be ready.
