  • I called Steve Hennessy your service advisor for an appointment because my a/c was not working when I first tried to use it this year. He gave me an appt. the very next day and had a HC car ready for me when I arrived. The vehicle was repaired the next day. A couple of days later I called because my windshield wiper blades were worn and Steve had me come right in...changed my blades and had me out the door in less than 15 minutes. Steve is one of the best service people I have ever encountered. Everything is quick, efficient and he is eager to do whatever he can to make sure I am satisfied.
